All projects are structured under New York's community distributed generation program, providing long-term, state-backed revenue certainty for subscribers and investors alike.

Ground-Mount Solar + Storage

Projects are sized to the land and topography. We typically target 30–35 acres and install single-axis tracker arrays for maximum yield. Fixed-tilt is evaluated where terrain requires it. Battery storage is incorporated where grid conditions and economics support it.

Early-Stage & NTP Capital

FreeState works with capital partners at two stages: early development funding to carry projects through permitting, and NTP-stage buyers ready to acquire fully permitted, shovel-ready projects.
